We quote every cleaning job individually since everyone's needs are always a bit different. We consider all factors such as size and condition of the home, pets, and frequency.
Yes, we typically bring all cleaning supplies and equipment unless the client has specific requests.
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle as forms of payment. Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are discussed.
No, most of our clients actually take this opportunity to run errands or do something relaxing. You are also welcome to stay home while we clean if you're more comfortable.
We understand things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. We just ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if possible.
Unfortunately, in order to maintain our busy schedule we typically do not wash dishes or fold laundry.
Yes, we are fully insured and COI is available upon request.
Yes, we run a full background check on all employees during the employment verification process.
